Fleetwood Mac - Everybody Finds Out (Say You Will)

music and lyrics by Stevie Nicks

We see no change in sight
Watching her decline
She gets on a midnight plane
She's done it a thousand times

When love starts out in the darkness
It doesn't do well in the light
Affairs of the heart
Start out in the dark
Usually stay with the night

I know you don't agree
(everyday you tell me)
I know you don't agree

I know he loves me
Everyday he calls me
He says he adores me
What can I say

You can't love him
You can't have him
I do have him, most of the time

Anywhere we can
Anytime we can
Get away... get away

Maybe it's just something else
That you can't tell me
Maybe it's in the way that you
Look away from me

It's not like any words
Need to be said
Well you always know when something's wrong
My friend

I know you don't agree
(everyday you tell me)
I know you don't agree

I know he loves me
Everyday he calls me
He says he adores me
What can I say

We see no change in sight..
Watching her decline..
She gets on a midnight plane
She's done it a thousand times

When love starts out in the darkness
It doesn't do well in the light
Affairs of the heart
Start out in the dark
Usually stay with the night

When nobody sees them
At least, not together
She rarely goes out
She spends every day
Waiting for the day

When everybody finds out
Don't you know.... don't you know...

Twisted ~ Stevie Nicks (03:20)
Twister, but instead the directors (I think?) had her and Lindsey make it into a duet. So this demo
surfaced onto Enchanted, and I find it MUCH better than the Buckingham/Nicks version! If you don't
own the Enchanted box set, you MUST go out and buy it! It's has soooo many great songs on it. Also,
I used pictures from an awesome Neal Preston (one of the best Stevie photographers, EVER!) from
1996. One of the photos was used as the cover of the If You Ever Did Believe promo single. I hope

A great song, perfectly rendered as only the incomparable Frank could do. Thanks for sharing.

@vHumboldt77 Actually Sinatra recorded "All Or Nothing At All" in '39 with Harry James. It wasn't a big hit until it was re-released after Frank had #1 hits like "I'll Never Smile Again" with Tommy. Sinatra didn't get a dime for recording with Harry or Tommy except for "This Love Of Mine" which Frank co-wrote.

This song was recorded between 1940-42, during Sinatra's engagement with the Tommy Dorsey orchestra. Having sung for a brief period with Harry James (1939-40) Frank went on to sing with Dorsey and it was with him that was first launched to the top of the charts, with songs like "All or Nothing At All" and "I'll never smile again".
